TWO ROOMS FOR RENT-- SUNNY AND CONFORTABLE - Buenos Aires

I'm currently renting two really comfortable rooms in my home, one with its own bathroom and queen-sized bed and the other with shared bathroom. Both rooms are equipated with full furniture and a heater. Weekly cleaning is included.

You'll enjoy a well-lighted, sunny terrace and patio, a nice livingroom as well as a full equipped kitchen. Cable TV, local telephone free and Internet WI-FI 24 hs.

The neighborhood is beautiful, you can find everything you need at two blocks' walking distance.

The house is located in the geographical center of the city and there's lots of public transportation available (subway and buses), so you'll be just 15 minutes from Downtown, 5 from the most popular Tango Clubs and Discos, and 2 from Centenario Park.



Price monthly for the room with shared bathroom: 850 argentinian pesos (which is more or less U$D 280).

Price monthly for the room with its own bathroom: 1000 argentinian pesos (which is more or less U$D 325) and U$D 450 for two.



A U$D 100 deposit is required before move-in and is that is going to give you back when you leave the house. Avalaible now



Don´t worry if English is not your mother tongue; we also speak French, Italian, and Portuguese. If you want to practice your Spanish we´ll be delighted to help you.
