Mid to Senior Software Engineer - Buenos Aires

We are looking for a talented individual to join our development team. You should be a good problem solver, self-motivated with an eye for detail and have a passion for coding. You should have experience building web-based applications using an agile process and be a good problem solver. If you manually deploy applications, don't use configuration management, or have never written a unit test you're probably not the right candidate for us.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:



* Minimum 3+ years relevant business experience

* Experience working with an agile development process

* Expert in server side development with a major OOP language

* Expert in SQL and experience with MySQL

* Experience working with AJAX

* Experience working on large scalable applications including clustered applications

* Ruby/Ruby on Rails experience is a huge plus

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills

* Must read and write English. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
